File Name - This indicates the files you have selected in the list of files. These files will be added to the list of files in the archive editor when you click the "OK" button..

Update (Freshen) Existing Files - Select this option to update a file(s) that already exists in the archive and are selected in the list of files or match the wild card characters.

Include Sub directories/Folders - This option will cause files in subdirectoris to be included in a wild card search.

Changed Since Last x Days - Using this option will include only files that have been changed in the last x number of days.

Use Wild cards - Clicking on this button will search the directory(s)/folder(s) for matches to the wild card characters. (i.e. "*.*" all files in the directory(s), "*.doc" word documents in the directory(s)).
