Shut Down Batch is a TSR (terminate and stay resident) program that will run a batch file "shutdown.bat" when Windows begins to shutdown.
To use it place a link to the sdbatch.exe in your startup directory.
Create a batch file named "shutdown.bat" and place it in the windows directory or the system directory.
When Windows starts to shut down the "shutdown.bat" batch file will get run.
This provides a convenient way of running a simple command line program when your PC shuts down.
